Truly Living Well Center for Natural Urban Agriculture is committed to bringing good food, good health and well-being to Atlanta’s urban community.
Feeding people right where they live is our mission.
Our guiding principles are to emulate nature in the production of food, to educate old and young to grow their own food, and to create a welcoming space where people can gather and find harmony with the earth.
Our mission is embedded in our name. Why Elephant Garden? Elephants are the largest land mammals on the planet and yet they are herbivores. Elephants are also fiercely protective of their young-at almost any cost. These highly intelligent majestic animals are known for their compassion, understanding, loyalty, and keen sense of duty to their herd; it is this strong family bond that is the hallmark of the elephant pack.
What better symbol for an urban garden established for the purpose of promoting healthy diets, engaging and training the youth of the community to grow organic vegetables and fruit, and fostering a positive community environment in which to raise families?

Specializing In Transitional, Unprocessed, And Soy-Free Food.

Chef Erin Wells has always been a foodie but after going vegan in July 2016, her passion for flavors and seasoning increased. Determined to show the world that people of color could be plant based without sacrificing taste, she started her Youtube channel “That Chocolate Vegan” in January 2017. Her channel has been steadily growing by the thousands each year.
In 2019, demand for her food increased and she began vending at festivals and events. Since then she has catered for The Marriot, spas, gyms, destination weddings, family gatherings, and personal meal preparations.
Specializing in transitional, unprocessed, and soy-free food (her vegan fried fish made with eggplant being a top seller) Erin enjoys educating people on the importance of what they consume and how it is an easier lifestyle change than ever before.
Erin currently resides in Decatur, GA and has plans of renting a commercial kitchen and eventually owning a plant based restaurant for all to enjoy!
